Wholesale terms and conditions

Wholesale Account Application
  • Navigate to the following webpage, or go to ‘Wholesale’ dropdown on the website and click ‘Wholesale Registration’. Complete the application and submit for approval. Once reviewed, you account will be approved. The website can then be browsed at wholesale prices.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
  • There is currently no MOQ, each account is monitored for personal use and will be terminated if this is viewed to be occurring. For accounts that cannot meet consistent ordering for their retail location, a coupon code will be offered.
How to Place an Order
  • You can order via your approved wholesale account via our website. Upon receiving your order, we will send you a digital invoice for the total charges.
  • If you need to amend your order, please contact us through email.
Recommended Retail Price (RRP)
  • Permission for special sales events must be requested in writing to Atlas & Tail and will be assessed and granted if deemed appropriate.
Wholesale Pricing
  • Wholesale prices are subject to change and assessed on an ongoing basis. Multiple price changes across products will be communicated via email.
  • Dried treats, pate, organic jars and supplements must be stored in a cool dry place.
  • In relation to pate and organic jars, once opened they must be stored in the fridge and used within 3 days. They are suitable for freezing. Note: Glass jars are not suitable for freezing, must be transferred to a freezer safe container.
  • Damaged goods and/or shortages must be reported withing 24 hours of stockist receiving the delivery.
  • Please email, quoting – order number, description of damage, quantity’s and images of damage.

Payment is required upfront on orders via a wholesale account.

  • ROI – Shipping is free for wholesale orders over €150.
  • UK – Shipping is free for wholesale orders over £130.
  • Europe – Cost of shipping is dependent on order quantities and location and options will be discussed during the ordering phase.
